Photo-Shoot-In-Paris.com is the portraiture offshoot of the photography of Rick Alarcón, US photographer in Paris, France. Once an initial request has been made, further details can start to be arranged. Depending on the cost of your shoot, a deposit of 50% may be requested and an invoice will sent to guarantee the booking date and time. Upon payment, the reservation will be confirmed by email.

Booking related cutoff times (initial booking, additional guests, etc.)are typically 24 hours before shooting. Shoot cutoff time is 30 minutes, unless otherwise notified by client due to extenuating cicumstances.

Cancellation and refunds are possble, including a 50% deposit refund if the cancellation is made within 72 hours (3 days) of proposed shoot date and time. Cancellations made after this will result in loss of full deposit.

Payment can made using all major credit cards, Paypal or Stripe.

Images are available in a dedicated, private Google Drive folder and remain available for up to 6 months after shoot date.
